Misura di coppia su albero di trasmissione con telemetria

Drive train optimisation by dynamic torque measurement based on advanced sensor telemetry

In order to optimise a vehicle's drive train, it is imperative to measure the dynamic torque on the drive train during every type of manoeuvre. Such measurement is indispensable for tuning the vehicle and optimising drive train efficiency. This in turn increases driving comfort and fatigue life . When developing new vehicles an optimised drive train is a significant competitive advantage.

Software di configurazione del profilometro laser scanCONTROL

scanCONTROL Configuration Tools 2.0

scanCONTROL Configuration Tools is a software to configure scanCONTROL sensors on a Windows PC. It is used to configure all scanCONTROL sensors. It helps you to set up the sensor, view profiles, save/load and export profiles.

In combination with a scanCONTROL SMART sensor Configuration Tools unfolds its true power. It parameterises complex measuring tasks directly on the sensor controller including all outputs. When used with BASIC or HIGHSPEED sensors the software simulates the algorithms even with loaded profiles.
  • Run up to 4 measuring programs in parallel
  • Supports Windows 7 32Bit
  • Supports Windows 7 64Bit (only for scanCONTROL with Ethernet interface)
  • New improved design of GUI
  • Supports up to 4 analog and 8 digital output ports
  • New overview for configuring output ports
  • Supports scanCONTROL Output Unit with Ethernet interface

Accelerometro a tecnologia capacitiva

Variable Capacitance Accelerometers with Piezoresistive Electrical Interface, 7600B Series

Dytran Instruments has just released a new technology of high performance, variable capacitance (VC) accelerometers.  The 7600B series is a family of DC response accelerometers which were designed to directly replace piezoresistive units in new or existing applications.
The 7600B series accelerometers utilize a capacitive sensing element and an advanced ASIC to simulate the operation of a piezoresistive bridge.  It combines an integrated VC accelerometer chip with high drive, low impedance buffering for measuring acceleration in aerospace, automotive, commercial and industrial environments.

Torsiometro a flangia per misura simultanea di coppia e forza assiale

The company Manner Sensortelemetrie has extended its torque measurement flange range, especially developed for the test rig environment, with a new feature. The new rotary combination measurement flange supports the simultaneous dynamic capture of torque and axial force.
As an option, rotational speed can be measured. For simple applications, a data capture and visualisation software is also available.

Nuovo laser di misura a 50KHz

Micro-Epsilon’s new high-end laser triangulation sensor is known as the optoNCDT 2300. The new series offers a measuring rate that can be set up to 50kHz. The sensor will be offered initially as a set of 5 models with measuring ranges between 2mm and 100mm. The new A-RTSC (Advanced Real Time Surface Compensation) feature is a development of the company’s already proven RTSC technology and, with its improved dynamic range, enables a more precise real time surface compensation during the measuring process.

Dati Tecnici
  • Modalità operativa: Bipolar diffusion charger
  • Sorgente di Ioni: Raggi X deboli < 9,5KeV
  • Portata: 0,3 – 5 lpm
  • Produzione di particelle: < 0,01 pp/cc
  • Massima Concentrazione 10.000.000 pp/cc

Sensori a Filo Micro-Epsilon - Guida alle Applicazioni

Draw-wire displacement measurement is classified as a contact measurement method. Every draw-wire sensor consists of the basic wire elements, drum and spring motor (combined as mechanics) and a potentiometer or encoder for the measurement signal generation.
Draw-wire sensors are ideal for applications with large measuring ranges, small sensor dimensions and when a low cost solution is required. Depending on the sensor design, the wire is normally an extremely thin steel wire, which is sheathed with polyamide. The wire is around 0.8mm thick on average, depending on the type of stress forces involved.

Benefits of draw-wire sensors are:
- Very compact design compared to the measuring range
- Telescopic measurement principle
- Very robust sensors
- Measuring wire can be deflected using deflection pulleys
- Low cost solution

Sensore di misura Magnetico-Induttivo fino a 45 mm

Micro-Epsilon's mainSensor (MAgneto-INductive sensor) is a new alternative in the field of wear-free distance measurement. The measurement object is represented by a small magnet, which can be easily attached via a hole drilled in any non-ferromagnetic support. Similar to Hall Effect sensors, the measuring principle is based on changes in the magnetic field strength.

Through a new method (patent-pending) there is a linear relationship between output signal and displacement change, and not between signal and magnetic field strength, as with a Hall Effect sensor. In this way, displacements of 45mm can be detected in high resolution.
